Custom Stage Lighting

Process

This is a two part process.

Part 1 is Programming your show. You can either sit in person for a full day with our professional lighting designer or we can work remotely and design the show via a 3D visualizer, both great options with the same results depending on your budget.

Part 2 is Execution. Programming should be done weeks in advance of your upcoming show to ensure maximum show success. Once your show is programmed, you will have the file to reuse at any future shows. It essentially becomes plug and play.

The day of your show, we can provide a lighting technician to be on site to set up the provided lighting equipment (which is part of the package), run through sound check, execute the show, and break down all equipment at the end of the event.

Pricing

Programming:

In person -$650 - Full Day with our Lighting Director.

We use a central location to physically set up the lights based on the stage size (HxW) and go song by song and choose the color and movement based on the musical emotion and your creative vision and show goals.

Pros - You can see first hand what your show looks like and make any adjustments the day of.

Cons - More expensive upfront cost.

Remotely - $550 - Designing using 3D visualiser workspace, with same lighting Director.

The design and creative process is the same as in person, except its done via remotely using the lighting softwares built in 3D visualizer. We can recreate in a 3D space the stage size your performing on and program using the same lighting setup we will use in a live environment.

Pros - Less initial upfront cost. Easier scheduling flexibility.

Cons - Highly recommended to still set up and physically see what it looks like before the show. Can be time consuming if more adjustments need to be made.

Day of Show:

Show Execution - $600

The day of your show, we provide a lighting technician and labor to set up, execute, and strike (break down) all equipment. This includes sound check and communication with appropriate persons in charge of venue. Please be aware of adequate load in time. (At least two hours before sound check) You perform, we do the rest to bring your vision to life.
